These terms apply to our services unless otherwise agreed in writing in a quote or agreement.

Quotes and agreements
A quote is valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed when you accept the quote in writing (email is fine). The quote states price, scope and timeline.
Prices and payment
Prices for businesses exclude VAT. Projects are invoiced after delivery unless otherwise agreed, and support plans monthly in advance. Payment terms are 30 days. Late payment incurs interest under the Swedish Interest Act.
Changes in scope
If the work turns out to be larger than quoted, we tell you before we continue. Additional work is only done with your approval and is charged at the current hourly rate.
Support plans
Support plans run month to month and can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. On termination we hand over documentation, passwords and administrator access.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us the access and information we need, for licences not included in the quote, and for having a backup of data before we work on existing systems, unless backup is part of the assignment.
Defects in our work
We fix defects in our work at no cost if you report them within 3 months of delivery. Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to direct loss and to no more than the amount you paid for the assignment in question, or for support plans the fees for the last three months. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost data, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Private customers
If you are a private customer, the Swedish Consumer Services Act applies, and these terms apply only insofar as they do not limit your statutory rights. Prices for private customers include VAT and, where applicable, are after the RUT deduction.
Disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts.
